- Lateness tracking for all 5 prayers — currently Fajr-only, since that’s where it matters most first
- Full localization polish across all 5 languages, with a focus on Arabic (right-to-left) correctness
- Continued refinement of the missed-prayer nudge and widget accuracy based on real usage

Current- • Fajr lateness tracking — a new tab shows how close to adhan you're praying Fajr each day, with a trend narrative ('you're waking up earlier — keep going')
- • Missed-prayer widget nudge — if a prayer window closes unmarked, the widget now shows 'Missed Fajr — 2h late, pray now' instead of silently counting down to the next prayer
- • Redesigned Home and Alarms screens for a clearer, calmer layout
- • Real city name shown on Home instead of generic 'GPS Location'
- • New History view to look back on past days
